  • We also offer a free innovative programme called ExoExplorations, that provides teachers with lesson materials about planets around other stars that expand on the usual lessons about planets in our solar system that students traditionally take. Why just talk about the usual 8 (or 9) planets orbiting our Sun? There are over 4,300 planets now known to orbit other suns.

    More about ExoExplorations

  • We are interested in helping teachers plan their astronomy-related activities. If you have questions, want additional resources or help with finding activities, or are looking for information please let us know if you are interested in a professional development session, whether with a group of teachers, or one-on-one.

    Email us at schools@centreoftheuniverse.org

  • Teachers are welcome to incorporate our online self-guided virtual tour into their lessons. Please let us know if you are doing that and also ask us questions or make suggestions.
